Im having an issue with my computer....All these pop-ups are coming up saying that i have spyware and many different problems.They are internet pop-ups with arent so much pop-ups as warning-type pop-ups from internet explorer. Also, little boxes come up saying these things in the right-hand corner of my computer. I am very confused! I use Norton Internet Security for my protection, and it has been sufficient up until now, as it has reported nothing on the subject of spyware, even after countless scans. I had just used norton about 3 hours ago, but now it is not there! Now im getting countless pornographic pop-ups as well! PLEASE HELP! what is this?

This is Adware/Spyware that has been downloaded to your computer usually because you visited an untrustworthy website. i.e. a dating website, a porno website, or a hacking website.
Go to google and search for Adaware SE personal, and download that program, and follow it's instructions on how to run a full system scan. Scan your PC, and it should get rid of most of the adaware on your PC.
