Disabling all windows security....?

Is there a way to shut-down or turn off all security prompts that disable full access to a computer and only let you do specific things (such as having no start menu except for shut-down and log off)?



If so, please tell me!!! Thanks!



%26gt;%26gt; Oh, and it has to work for Windows 98 SE and or Windows XP Professional....Please tell me which one it will work for too!

why



you can start here



START UP OPTIONS



click start in blue bar



run



type in msconfig



choose start up



uncheck programs you don"t want running



AUTOMATIC UPDATES FIREWALL ETC



go to start (in the blue bar)



control panel



security center



set up options



task bar



move your mouse all corners of your screen



untill you see up and down arrows



then pull up down -etc



untill task bar is where you want it



check scheduled tasks



do this way



start



control panel



scheduled tasks



check whats there if any thing



or add one if you want to or remove one there



set access and defauts



add and remove windows componets



it is there but they some what hide it



you will have to play with these options



and it can be reloaded from there to



go to add and remove
