I am in this club at school called FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) and I am going to compete in Cyber Security in two days.

For this competition I will need to learn about:

1)firewalls

2)intrusion detection

3)network and physical security

4)cryptography

5)public key

6)authentication

7)computer attacks (e.g., virus, spam, spam, spyware, trojans, hijackers, worms)

8)email security

9)disaster recovery

10)forensics security

If you can help me, like if you know some good places where i can learn about all this please tell me.

and in 2 days , try wikipedia, try to get a basic understanding

of

cryptography, firewall, disaster recovery, digital forensics,

this might help u in the competition,

try wikipedia

but i think you can just get a basic understanding in 2 days, theres a lot in it
if you dont know any of those words its better to quit in the competition...
