Please help got new computer and wierd pop- up began appearing!!!! :(?

For some reason i turned on my computer and I got this wierd pop-up saying windows security alert, saying i need to scan my computer because its making unauthorized copys of itself, and when i try to right clic and go to properties its says " this actions was cancellled due to a restriction..... please someone help me :[
